Overview
Job Title: Account Manager II
Contract: Permanent
Workplace: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week
Reports to: Sr. Director, Operations (Commerce)
We’re looking for an experienced and marketing-driven Account Manager to join our digital gift card team, where you’ll have the chance to work with some of the world’s most iconic brands in entertainment, fashion, and retail. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activity across our key digital distribution partners. You’ll lead the charge in optimizing brand presence, launching co-marketing initiatives, and driving promotional campaigns that put gift cards front and centre for customers.

Responsibilities
- Client Growth & Relationship Management: Drive marketing initiatives and build strong partnerships with top digital clients to boost sales and program expansion.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring budget efficiency and strong ROI.
- Annual & Strategic Planning: Develop and implement yearly marketing plans aligned with client goals and platform opportunities.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Analyse campaign results, deliver actionable insights, and provide timely reporting to encourage continued investment.
- Product Visibility & Merchandising: Optimize gift card placement across platforms through compelling copy, creative coordination, and SEO best practices.
- Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and monitor market trends to refine strategies, upsell opportunities, and secure renewals.
Qualifications
- Industry & Marketing Experience: Background in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing with strong knowledge of key channels like SEO, paid social, and Amazon ads.
- Strategic & Self-Motivated: Proactive and adaptable with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective internal and external partnerships.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with confidence in presenting ideas.
- Tech & Tools Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation capabilities.
- Commercial Mindset: Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
