With a loyal client base, consistent insurance work, and a clean, modern workshop, this is a rare opportunity to step into an elite technical environment that is superior to the norm of a regular dealership environment.

What we're looking for:

  • An experienced Vehicle Panel Beater who takes pride in technical excellence and craftsmanship.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Panel repair and replacement, including bonnets, doors, bumpers, and quarter panels.
  • Dent and scratch removal using approved tools and techniques.
  • Structural repairs, vehicle alignment, and jig work as required.
  • Welding and fabrication in line with strict health and safety protocols.
  • Ensuring all repairs meet insurer and manufacturer quality standards.
  • Working with estimators and workshop control to meet turnaround targets.
  • Keeping a clean, safe, and efficient bodyshop workspace.
  • Maintaining up-to-date repair logbooks, accurate job cards, and digital service records.
  • Following quality control, documentation, and safety procedures to a high standard.

What you must have:

  • Proven experience in body repair of modern vehicles (premium brand experience desirable).
  • Strong working knowledge of bodyshop tooling, jigs, and welding techniques.
  • Ability to carry out repairs to manufacturer and insurance quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical repair skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced workshop.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or meet Skilled Worker visa requirements.

What is also beneficial to have:

  • BSI Kitemark or manufacturer repair accreditation (e.g., Audi, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz).
  • ATA Accreditation or NVQ Level 3 (or international equivalent such as Merseta Level 3).
  • Experience in prestige or performance vehicle repair.
  • Proficiency with Celette or Car-O-Liner jig alignment systems.
  • Competence in MIG, TIG, and spot welding.
  • Familiarity with aluminium and high-strength steel repairs.
  • Knowledge of ADAS calibration processes or awareness of how structural work affects ADAS systems.
  • Understanding of BSI PAS 125 / BS 10125 standards.
  • Experience working within an insurance-approved bodyshop environment.

What's on offer:

  • Gross annual salary: up to £42,000 (depending on experience and designation).
  • Hours: 38-40 hours per week, across 5 days.
  • Holidays: 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
  • Modern, BSI-approved bodyshop with premium facilities.
  • Ongoing training and career development.
  • Supportive workplace, stable and progressive team culture.
  • Benefits: Workplace pension, recognition and reward for outstanding performance and commitment.
  • Visa sponsorship & relocation support for suitably qualified international applicants.

How to Apply:

Please send your CV and, ideally, a short video introduction to enhance your application.
