What we're looking for:
- An experienced Master Vehicle Technician with expertise in German brands.
The role involves being familiar and well-versed in complex mechanical or electronic systems of vehicles. You will accurately and systematically complete complex fault diagnosis and carry out technical preparation and maintenance, repair or replace parts and carry out final checks to manufacturers after sales service specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying areas of concern.
- Providing comprehensive reports with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
- Liaising directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service.
- Performing technical repair work in accordance with established and documented procedures to brand manufacturers standards.
- Ensuring vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with both internal and manufacturer requirements.
- Ensuring correct materials, tools and measuring devices are used.
- Recording details of work including all hours worked and material usage.
- Ensuring vehicle safety standards have been complied with.
- Ensuring vehicles are protected and kept safe during service and repair.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date.
- Contributing to local and companywide process improvements and innovations.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicable.
To qualify for selection you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Proven experience at Master / Senior Technician level working with high performance German luxury cars (i.e., Audi, BMW, Porsche).
- The knowledge and capability of working to the highest quality standards with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
- Be familiar with brand manufacturers technical data and instruction.
In addition, you should also have:

- Critical thinking and excellent on the spot problem solving skills.
- Confidence and ability to communicate well with customers.
- Able to work well with others.
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

- Gross annual salary: up to £50,000 incl. bonuses (depending on experience and designation).
