Who we are: Step into a world where dinosaurs roam, pirates set sail, and fairy tales come to life. Blackgang Chine, Land of Imagination, is the UK's oldest theme park, bringing adventure and storytelling to families on the Isle of Wight for over 180 years.
The Role: We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly Team Members to join our seasonal team across a wide range of roles. These are varied, customer-facing roles where no two days are the same. You could be welcoming guests on rides, serving food and drink, helping families in our shops, or supporting guest experience across the park — all with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting ride operations and welcoming guests
- Serving food and drink or assisting in catering outlets
- Helping guests in our shops and retail areas
- Delivering award-winning customer service to families and visitors of all ages
- Helping create fun, memorable experiences throughout the park
- Working as part of an energetic, supportive team
Qualifications:
- A warm, friendly and positive attitude
- A genuine love for customer service and working with people
- Reliability and a willingness to learn different areas of the park
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Full training will be provided — previous experience is helpful but not essential for most roles.
