- Commercially sharp – you understand what drives growth and act on it
- Relationship-led – you build trust quickly and maintain it over time
- Disciplined and organised – you manage your time, pipeline, and data effectively
- Resilient and consistent – you deliver, even when it’s challenging
- Curious and thoughtful – you seek to understand advisers and add real value
Your experience:
- Proven success in business development within financial services (tax planning / asset management preferred)
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Experience building both new and existing adviser relationships
- Confidence engaging with larger firms and senior stakeholders
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
A qualification level knowledge of IHT, EIS, VCT and CMS and the tax impacts of each. Either holds or is currently working towards or willing to work towards Chartered status in Financial Services or equivalent.
