As Sales and Administration Support colleague you will provide support to the Distribution, Events and Client Excellence Teams. You will be providing a professional and courteous customer service to our external adviser clients and supporting the External Business Development Managers, through an efficient and structured approach. Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange meetings for External BDMs, generate illustrations (for potential investments) and follow up on outstanding queries via the telephone or email.
  • Complete follow up meeting requests such as sending emails and generating illustrations.
  • Supporting External Business Development Managers and Internal Business Development Managers with administrative tasks.
  • Gather data for strategic contact lists and for analysis by other Distribution Team members.
  • Support the leadership team with data and presentation generation, and provide reports when required.
  • Assist Client Excellence and the Events Manager when required.
  • Seek out ways to improve knowledge, skills and processes.
  • Support our events colleagues with preparation and follow up tasks.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience of working with data and using Microsoft Excel to a high standard.
  • Previous office and administrative experience, ideally within sales support.
  • Previous experience using Power BI and Hub Spot would be desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
  • High level of attention to detail and work in a structured and methodical manner.
  • Understand data, its importance and how it can be analysed.
  • Excellent telephone manner and able to communicate in an engaging way on the telephone.
  • Friendly and professional “can do” attitude with the ability to take the initiative when necessary.
  • Work well in a hybrid environment (both in an office space and remotely).
  • Adaptable to change and positive when engaging in new or challenging situations.
  • Keen to support others with a variety of tasks and confidently engage with interlinked departments.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
  • Good level of secondary education.
  • To either hold or be prepared to achieve during your first 6 months the CF1 or R01 qualification (on a sponsorship basis).
