to join our growing Group Operations Hub at Blackfinch

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Group Operations Hub (GOH) to support and deliver business operations across the organisation in alignment with the company\’s strategic roadmap. The role is integral to the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of operations and change across departments, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement.   • es.Monitor project progress and hold regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure they are informed of progre
  • ss.Collaborate with stakeholders across all teams to collect, define, and validate business requirements, which then feed into the GOH roadm
  • ap.Translate business needs into structured documentation for Engineering and other support tea
  • ms.Facilitate quarterly planning meetings and regular stakeholder engagement workshops to gather feedback and drive alignme
  • nt.Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, IT, Investments, Customer Services, and Market
  • ingSupport governance activities by maintaining clear documentation of approvals, risks, and business cas
