Our BDMs connect advisers with our award‑winning ventures and asset managers through strong local relationships, and make complex concepts seem simple and effective. We’re looking for an ambitious Senior / Executive Business Development Manager in the North West England area who brings energy, ownership, and a genuine passion for building relationships. This is a role for someone who enjoys opening new doors, growing existing partnerships, and delivering real commercial impact.

Your experience
- Proven success in business development within financial services (tax planning / asset management preferred)
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Experience building both new and existing adviser relationships
- Confidence engaging with larger firms and senior stakeholders
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- A qualification level knowledge of IHT, EIS, VCT and CMS and the tax impacts of each.
- Either holds or is currently working towards or willing to work towards Chartered status in Financial Services or equivalent.
