Territory Manager – Guildford / Surrey Area
Location: Covering South East UK – Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire.
Sector: Medical equipment- Cardiology, Resuscitation products and Healthcare equipment.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to support customers and expand sales across our growing portfolio in the capital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a background in medical devices or healthcare solutions, ready to take ownership of a key territory.
As Territory Manager, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, EBME departments, cardiology, maternity, and resuscitation units.
- Drive sales and exceed targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Serve as a trusted partner for customers, providing expert guidance on clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitor insights.
- Execute business plans and successfully launch new products in your territory.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings, building brand awareness.
To be considered for the role of Territory Manager, you will have:
- 5+ years of sales or technical experience in the medical devices sector.
- Must have direct experience in selling to NHS. – Essential
- Proven success selling into clinical areas within hospitals, with existing relationships with EBME managers, cardiology, or maternity departments being highly desirable.
- Strong business development skills and strategic territory planning abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and account management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent position, field based looking after London. Must hold valid right to work and driving licence.
