This is an exciting opportunity to work across new build developments and supporting infrastructure upgrades, contributing to an expanding portfolio of secured projects over the next year.
The opportunity: You will be part of a fast‑paced, collaborative environment delivering critical infrastructure and property projects within a complex, regulated setting. Key responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and milestones are achieved.
- Provide direction to Project Managers responsible for day‑to‑day delivery and act as a key interface with stakeholders.

- Promote inclusivity, sustainability and innovation while upholding organisational values.
- Maintain accurate project plans, reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
- Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE (or working towards equivalent).
- Extensive experience delivering public sector projects and programmes.
- Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capability.
- Proven track record of new build project delivery.
