Job Description Blackfield Associates are partnered with an international biotech company, who due to ever-growing services, have a requirement for a Field Service Engineer to join the Biomedical Field service team to cover the Dartford/ London region on a permanent basis. About the Role – As Field Service Engineer, you will: Attend customer site to troubleshoot and repair any reported equipment faults, with response-time as defined within service agreements Complete all preventative maintenance work on Immunoassay analyser equipment or laboratory equipment Install any upgrades necessary to maintain Instrument performance, safety, and reliability in accordance with defined deadlines. Provide first level engineering support for installation and decommissioning of instruments. Provide support for the interfacing of instruments to laboratory computer systems.
