Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and reducing reliability risks in a dynamic production environment? We’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our pharmaceutical clients Production Engineering team and help shape the future of world-class asset management.
📌 The Role
As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of developing and implementing a sustainable reliability program. You’ll work across Production, Projects, Facilities, and Engineering to:
- Identify and manage asset reliability risks impacting plant operations.
- Lead initiatives that reduce production losses and maintenance costs.
- Apply advanced root cause analysis to improve efficiency and reduce failures.
- Guide design, installation, and modification projects to ensure long-term reliability.
- Drive the adoption of modern maintenance strategies, predictive technologies, and statistical tools like Six Sigma.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth of a structured reliability program aligned with cGMP and GEP.
- Analyse equipment performance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, TEEP, remaining useful life).
- Develop spare parts strategies and robust maintenance plans.
- Provide training, coaching, and hands-on support in troubleshooting and reliability methods.
- Utilise risk assessment tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, PHA, and TPM.
- Collaborate with Capital Projects on reliability for new and modified installations.
- Define engineering standards, procedures, and SOPs to strengthen operational resilience.
