Blackfield Associates are pleased to share an exclusive and exciting opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Manager to join a Global Regulatory Affairs function, supporting regulatory compliance activities across a portfolio of cosmetics and packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of regulatory compliance policies, procedures, and programmes.
- Ensure compliance with UK and European regulatory requirements for cosmetics and consumer products.
- Interpret complex regulations and communicate requirements clearly across the business.
- Provide regulatory oversight for new product launches across Europe.
- Review, approve, and support the release of new products to market.
- Ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle, including product changes and updates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
Skills and Experience required
- Degree in scientific or related discipline.
- 6 + years' regulatory experience within regulated consumer products.
- Previous line management/ leadership experience
- Practical knowledge of UK and European cosmetics regulations.
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance, product launches, and lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing skills.
