We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering, maintenance, facilities, and continuous improvement projects within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, including change controls, risk assessments, validation records, and reports.
  • Organise project meetings, record actions, and support stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate contractors, equipment deliveries, site access, and installation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support commissioning, qualification, and project close-out activities.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Experience coordinating projects in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.

Desirable

  • Project management qualification or training.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of GMP, change control, validation, and engineering documentation processes.
