About the Role

A leading biotech company is seeking a Program & Business Operations Lead to support portfolio initiatives and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional programs. This role involves orchestrating key projects , managing stakeholder communications, and contributing to business decisions .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams , ensuring projects meet objectives and deadlines.
• Facilitate efficient workflows and collaboration across departments.
• Develop and track program plans, budgets, and timelines , optimizing resources.
• Prepare high-level reports for leadership, board meetings, and external partnerships.
• Manage contract negotiations in coordination with scientists, internal teams, and legal advisors.
• Support long-term growth initiatives , providing analytical insights to guide business strategy.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align priorities with evolving business needs .

Requirements

• Experience in biotech, biopharma, or strategy consulting .
• Strong project leadership skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Understanding of drug development, regulatory landscapes, and commercialization .
• Ability to navigate multiple projects while ensuring quality execution.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills .
• Familiarity with project management tools and business analysis frameworks .
• BSc / MSc in a relevant scientific area and/or business
• A PhD in a scientific field is desirable , but not required
