Blackfield Associates is supporting a global organisation in the search for an International iOpex Leader to drive enterprise‑wide operational excellence and financial performance across international supply chain operations. Reporting to the AVP, Operational Excellence & Lean Six Sigma, this senior role will set the iOpex strategy, embed a robust operating system, and lead large‑scale transformation across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
Key Focus Areas
- Define and govern the international operational excellence strategy, MOS, and performance cadence
- Lead gross margin improvement initiatives (targeting ~2% of net sales annually)
- Drive working capital and cash optimisation in partnership with Finance
- Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and digital solutions to standardise and optimise operations
- Build change capability and influence senior stakeholders globally
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in operational excellence, supply chain, or transformation leadership roles
- Proven success delivering global, cross‑functional programmes (CPG or similar)
- Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and change leadership capability
