Lead and contribute to the strategic brand plan, using market insights and long-term horizon scanning. Define strategic objectives and Critical Success Factors (CSFs), aligning projects and activities with both global and local goals. Develop and deliver campaigns and projects from brand planning through execution. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and global brand guidelines. Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and adapt plans accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned planning and execution. Lead regular project meetings and communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders. Provide direction to commercial teams and ensure clarity of brand goals and deliverables. Lead insight-led, scientific, and NHS-focused planning, tailoring value propositions across UK health bodies. To be considered for the role of Brand Manager, you will have the following: Educated to Degree-level in related scientific or business field Experience in product or brand marketing in a specialty care setting. Strong strategic, analytical, and planning capabilities. This is a permanent position, with weekly office presence required.
