A world-leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead engineering excellence at one of its most significant global production sites.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team in a high-availability manufacturing environment
- Own and implement robust Preventive & Autonomous Maintenance (PM/AM) strategies
- Drive asset performance through TPM maturity and data-led continuous improvement
- Maximise uptime and eliminate repeat failures using RCA, FMEA, and structured problem-solving
- Optimise KPIs including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and CMMS effectiveness
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, safety, and corporate engineering standards
- Champion a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence
You will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Projects, and OEM partners to ensure reliability is embedded into both existing and new assets.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in Maintenance & Reliability within regulated manufacturing (FMCG, pharma, food, medical devices, etc.)
- Strong expertise in TPM, Lean, CI, and Reliability Engineering methodologies
- Proven people leader with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
- Experienced in CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo), MRO management, and asset lifecycle strategy
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-output, 24/7 operations
