CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – HERTFORDSHIRE – CONTRACT ROLE

As a Construction Manager, you will be the cornerstone of construction risk management — guiding preconstruction planning, overseeing safety delivery, and collaborating seamlessly with host sites to ensure safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant operations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead constructability reviews and shape project execution strategies.
- Define and deliver construction EHS management plans.
- Approve contractor selections and verify competency of key personnel.
- Drive continuous performance monitoring and assurance.
- Champion seamless coordination with host sites, from preconstruction through project handover.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or EHS Manager in major projects.
- Deep knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and risk assessment skills.
- The drive to lead from the front in a non-consultancy, boots-on-the-ground role.
