CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – HERTFORDSHIRE – CONTRACT ROLE

As a Construction Manager, you will be the cornerstone of construction risk management — guiding preconstruction planning, overseeing safety delivery, and collaborating seamlessly with host sites to ensure safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant operations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead constructability reviews and shape project execution strategies.
• Define and deliver construction EHS management plans.
• Approve contractor selections and verify competency of key personnel.
• Drive continuous performance monitoring and assurance.
• Champion seamless coordination with host sites, from preconstruction through project handover.

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or EHS Manager in major projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk assessment skills.
• The drive to lead from the front in a non-consultancy, boots-on-the-ground role.
