Blackfield Associates are supporting a Top 10 Pharmaceutical client on a key hire into their UK Affiliate to work across their broad portfolio, delivering HTA submissions to UK Market Access bodies.
This role sits within a dedicated Health Outcomes team and focuses on the development and communication of health outcomes evidence to support the recommendation of new and existing products by health technology assessment (HTA) bodies in the UK and Ireland. The Health Outcomes function is part of a broader Market Access team that works closely with healthcare systems to adapt to changing environments and ensure that medicines and vaccines provide long-term value to patients.
The team informs strategy by providing insight and collaborates across departments such as Public Affairs, Communications, and other business units.
- Collaborate with brand teams, field colleagues, and global teams to deliver outcomes-focused projects
- Engage with early product planning and contribute to early HTA planning activities
- Generate and publish real-world evidence to support submissions and brand strategies
