Our Governors wish to appoint a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join ourcurrent team, as someone who enjoys working with secondary-aged students andvalues the importance of their education. Initiative and common sense, as wellas high-level interpersonal skills are required in this job. Ideally, you willhave worked in the role or a similar role previously and can demonstrateeffective group management skills and an understanding of classroom leadership.Successful candidate will also take on Community Time Break and Break Duty.

The successful applicant will be able todemonstrate a successful education up to at least Level 3, including skills ofcomputer literacy and a high level of attention to detail.

Blackfen school is an 11-18 non-selective school in the London Borough of Bexley. The school has 1350 students and around 330 of those are in our thriving mixed sixth form. Our school motto is “raising aspirations – releasing potential” which continues to be a key focus for the school.
