A leading international building services engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Electrical Associate Director to join its growing team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with strong technical expertise within the data centre sector and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams on complex engineering projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions, managing client relationships, supporting business growth, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the electrical engineering function within a multidisciplinary environment
- Deliver technically challenging projects across the data centre sector
- Provide technical leadership, design oversight, and contract management support
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Support business development activities, including winning new work and negotiating contracts
- Drive team performance, development, and engagement through effective leadership and mentoring
