Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering teams on technically complex data centre projects.
- Provide technical, design, and contract management expertise across all project stages.
- Act as principal engineer, liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Identify business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards it; membership of CIBSE, IET, or similar.
- Experienced at Principal Engineer level, leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong technical knowledge in data centre electrical systems, with hands-on project experience desirable.
- Skilled in managing complex projects and client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
