- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading power systems engineering on complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Delivering power system studies including load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, and transient analysis.
- Acting as Technical Lead for major power infrastructure and substation projects.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve programme, budget, and quality objectives.
- Developing innovative electrical network solutions for mission-critical environments.
- Managing technical risk and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted engineering advisor.
- Supporting proposal development, tender submissions, and business growth initiatives.
- Driving continuous improvement in engineering best practice and technical delivery.
- Coaching and mentoring engineers to strengthen team capability and succession planning.
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (BEng, MEng, or equivalent).
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards chartership.
- Extensive experience in power systems engineering within data centres, utilities, renewable energy, or critical infrastructure sectors.

- Load Flow Analysis

- Arc Flash Analysis
- Proficiency in software such as ETAP, DIg SILENT Power Factory, SKM, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage client relationships.
