Data Centre, Mission-Critical, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) design and delivery .
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary design teams, driving technical excellence, developing client relationships, and supporting the growth of a high-performing engineering business.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects while helping shape strategy, mentoring talented engineers, and contributing to business development initiatives.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the mechanical engineering design and delivery of major projects across the data centre, mission-critical, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Manage project teams to ensure the successful delivery of work to programme, budget, and quality requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout all project stages, from feasibility through to construction and commissioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Support business development activities, including client engagement, bids, proposals, and project interviews.
- Drive innovation, sustainable design solutions, and engineering best practice.
- Oversee resource planning and project performance within the team.
