Our client, a leading UK consultancy with expertise across the construction and engineering sectors, is expanding their Manchester team and seeking an Electrical Associate Director to lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team on technically challenging data centre projects. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a proven Electrical Engineer with strong data centre experience, who wants to take full accountability for the performance, growth, and strategic direction of the electrical function. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of electrical engineers, ensuring technical excellence and high performance.
- Drive the delivery of complex data centre projects, managing design, technical, and contract-related challenges.
- Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the Manchester office.
- Oversee financial performance, including profit, cash flow, and project delivery.
