As one of our School Office Administrators, you’ll be at the centre of our daily operations—welcoming families, supporting staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be the friendly face of our school, managing communications, safeguarding protocols, and administrative tasks with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors
- Manage emails, phone calls, and school communications
- Administration of the wrap-around care booking system
- Organise meetings and support school events
- Collaborate with leadership, teaching, and support staff
- Assist with school lunchtimes in the hall and playground
