The Castle School requires a Behaviour and Inclusion Assistant with strong relationships, good boundaries, high expectations and a positive attitude to support students to complete sanctions.
You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Behaviour Room, ensuring a calm, structured environment where students reflect on their behaviour, continue their learning, and are supported to successfully reintegrate into lessons. Our view of ‘sanction the behaviour, support the student’ means that some proactive and reflective work is beneficial to reduce the chances of repeat negative behaviours.
The post holder plays a key role in promoting high standards of behaviour, supporting staff, and contributing to a positive school culture.
