An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Preschool Practitioner to join our team, supporting children aged 2–5 within a high-quality early years setting. Working under the direction of the Preschool Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering a broad, balanced curriculum in line with the EYFS framework through child-led and adult-guided activities.
The role includes:
- Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Promoting positive behaviour
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents and carers to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
Hours: 18 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 3 inset days. Fixed term for 12 months in the first instance. Working hours will be agreed with the successful candidate.
Salary: NJC Pt 4 – 6 (£10,386 actual on NJC Pt4) FTE £25,185.
