We are seeking to appoint an experienced and professionally qualified HR Business Partner to provide a high quality, proactive HR advisory service to managers and leaders in our schools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high quality, proactive HR advisory service to managers and leaders in schools;
  • Liaise professionally with a variety of stakeholders;
  • Apply generalist HR practices to support staff and leaders.

Qualifications

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or working towards it.
  • Previous generalist HR advisory experience in a medium to large sized organisation.
  • Experience of working in the education sector is ideal but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive approach.
  • Strong team player, highly IT literate and excellent attention to detail.

Working Hours & Employment

  • 37 hours per week (term time only plus 3 weeks, 41 weeks per annum).
  • Permanent position.

Salary

  • Actual starting salary: £33,561 per annum (£37,280 - £41,771 FTE pay award pending).
