About the role: As a Solutions Consultant in the Commercial team, you will act as a strategic and trusted technical advisor to customers adopting Videris Investigate and Videris Automate, supporting pre-sales engagements as well as key customers. • Solution Design & Delivery: Translate complex requirements into practical solution architectures, compelling presentations and clear project plans. Act as project manager for complex onboarding, custom integrations, and Videris Automate implementations, working with internal resources & the client for timely execution and delivery of key requirements. Support customers with the configuration of Automate playbooks and validation of workflow outputs.
  • Technical & Product Expertise: Act as the technical subject matter expert for Videris, including how Automate leverages AI and how outputs are generated. Present the product roadmap in the context of customer needs, and contribute to product development through feedback, market insight and technical expertise.
  • Pre-Sales & Commercial Support: Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and workshops tailored to customers’ use cases. Support complex RFPs/RFIs, technical deep dives, and discussions around security, AI and integrations. Articulate the value proposition of Videris and Automate to both senior decision makers and hands-on practitioners.
  • Customer Success & Product Partnership: Collaborate closely with Customer Success to drive adoption, measure ROI, solve technical issues and support expansion opportunities. Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, helping resolve complex challenges, prioritise key requirements and optimise product usage.

About you: We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, intelligence and customer engagement, and who is excited about helping organisations adopt transformative AI enabled investigation workflows. You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in pre sales, solution consulting, sales engineering or technical account management in investigations, intelligence, financial crime or adjacent domains.
  • Ability to operate with deep technical details and high-level business objectives simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication (SSO, OAuth) and SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working with AI solutions preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to map complex investigation workflows and identify where automation delivers value.
