We’re working with a growing boutique tax firm in Oxford, looking to hire a UK/US Tax Associate or Senior Associate into their private client tax teams. This opportunity offers far more variety than a traditional compliance role, with exposure to advisory work, tax technology, and direct involvement in wider business growth initiatives alongside senior leadership. You’ll work closely with HNW individuals, families, and owner-managed businesses across a diverse international client base, gaining strong exposure to complex UK/US tax matters and client relationship management early in your career. All of this whilst building a career outside of London in the beautiful Oxford region.

The role will involve:

  • Preparing and/or reviewing UK/US private client tax advisory and compliance work
  • Assisting with complex cross-border tax matters for HNW individuals and businesses
  • Building relationships with clients and supporting ongoing advisory projects
  • Researching technical UK/US tax issues and keeping up to date with developments
  • Supporting tax technology and process improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with senior leadership on strategic client matters
