About the Role

As Marketing Programs Manager, you’ll act as the strategic right hand to the marketing leadership team, ensuring alignment, execution, and impact across all marketing initiatives. You’ll orchestrate priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive cross-functional collaboration to accelerate Mistral AI’s growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Partner with marketing leadership to define and align on quarterly and annual priorities. Translate high‑level goals into actionable plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in the marketing roadmap and propose solutions.
  • Cross‑Functional Orchestration: Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Communications to ensure alignment and execution. Facilitate decision‑making by synthesizing data, insights, and stakeholder input. Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration. Track and report on key metrics, providing visibility into progress and performance. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep the team moving forward.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.   • Special Projects & Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives, such as market research, competitive analysis, or process optimization. Support the marketing leadership team in ad‑hoc projects, from planning to execution. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or a chief of staff role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI.
  • A master’s degree in business, strategy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives.
