We are seeking a
Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java/Kotlin, cloud-native development, and distributed systems to design, build, and support scalable production banking and financial services systems.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical leadership with hands-on engineering excellence and a proven ability to deliver scalable, resilient, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle.
Domain Experience
- Banking, payments, fintech, or financial services experience.
- Exposure to mission-critical, high-scale production systems, and payment network integrations.
- Experience building customer-facing platforms and transaction processing solutions.
- Understanding of security, compliance, resiliency, and operational risk requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native microservices.
- Build distributed and event-driven systems using messaging and asynchronous processing patterns.
- Drive engineering excellence through architecture, coding standards, testing, and automation.
- Support production systems, incident management, troubleshooting, and operational resilience.
- Balance long-term architecture goals with short-term delivery priorities.
