A Change & Adoption Manager for a leading international law firm has arisen to sit at the heart of the firm's LegalTech strategy, helping drive the successful adoption of legal technology across one of its largest practice groups. The role is based in London with 3 x days/week on site, and is paying £70,000–£80,000 + benefits.
As the Change & Adoption Manager, you will be:
- Driving adoption of legal technology across a large legal practice group.
- Acting as the primary relationship owner between the users (lawyers) and LegalTech team.
- Developing and delivering scalable adoption, training, and enablement strategies.
- Helping shape and optimise how LegalTech platforms support lawyer workflows.
- Working closely with lawyers and partners to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Influencing stakeholders and overcoming resistance to change.
- Using data and insights to measure adoption, engagement, value, and impact.
- Designing and delivering the adoption strategy.
They are looking for someone who:
- Has strong adoption, change management and technology enablement experience.
- Can demonstrate success driving user adoption within complex organisations.
- Has experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing challenging user groups.
- Brings a strategic mindset and can scale adoption initiatives to larger groups.
- Can own and drive the adoption roadmap for the practice area.
