- Working closely with the business to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful reporting solutions
- Designing and maintaining semantic models & data models that underpin trusted reporting
- Partnering with the Data Architect & Data Engineers to shape the future reporting and insights platform
- Helping re-imagine how customer and operational data is delivered, including embedded Power BI use cases
- Acting as the senior technical bridge between an architect and a team of reporting analysts
- Supporting and mentoring less technical analysts while reducing single-point-of-failure risk in the team
What they’re really looking for:
- A reporting-led Senior Data Analyst, BI Analyst who has grown into strong data & semantic modelling
- Someone who is genuinely comfortable with hands-on report creation as the core of the role
- Solid background in data modelling and semantic layer design
- Experience working with ETL pipelines and cloud data platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric is a strong plus
- Someone who enjoys collaborating, shaping solutions, and being part of a longer-term transformation journey
