Senior Product Manager / Product Owner opportunity has been created to join a small specialist SaaS business that develops GxP digital archiving for pharmaceutical and life sciences customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a specialist product, work closely with customers and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing SaaS business operating within the life sciences sector.
You will be required to work on site in Reading (UK) 2-3 days/week whilst also being customer facing.
As the Senior Product Manager/Product Owner, you will be someone who:
- Has experience working as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager or Product Owner within a SaaS, software or technology business.
- Has successfully owned or contributed to product roadmaps and can translate complex customer requirements into practical product solutions.
- Has experience working within regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare or other compliance-driven environments.
- Understands GxP principles (GCP, GLP), with exposure to areas such as eTMF, QMS, LIMS or regulated data management. GMP awareness would be advantageous.
- Enjoys engaging directly with customers and can confidently work with senior stakeholders across technical, commercial and operational teams.
- Combines strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance customer value, business priorities and technical feasibility when making product decisions.
