Legal Operations Transformation Project Managers are being sought to join one of the UK's most progressive Legal Operations and Innovation teams, within a leading international law firm.
These Legal Project Managers are
15-month fixed term contracts, working on a varied portfolio of legal transformation and AI-enabled projects that are helping modernise how legal services are delivered across the firm.
The role will be based 2 days/week in London (with Edinburgh also being a option) and is paying £60,000 - £70,000~ with benefits.
As the Legal Operations Transformation Project Manager, you will be
- Driving delivery of multiple projects concurrently at different stages of the lifecycle, from initial planning through to implementation, across multiple business partners & practices.
- Working closely with partners, lawyers, Legal Operations Business Partners and external clients
- Coordinating project activity, managing risks, dependencies, governance, actions and delivery plans to keep programmes moving.
- Building confidence with senior stakeholders through clear communication, realistic planning and proactive engagement.
- Supporting the adoption of AI and legal technology initiatives into legal workflows.
- Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges before identifying technology or process improvements.
- Using established project frameworks, templates and governance tools whilst taking a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to delivery rather than following rigid methodologies.
- Helping improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal service delivery across the firm
As a Legal Project Manager, you will have experience of
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Legal transformation, Legal Operations, Legal Project Management or similar.
- Understanding how partners, lawyers and private practice environments operate.
- Driving projects forward with a delivery focus.
- Confidently engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, despite competing priorities.
- Being adaptable and comfortable picking up projects at different stages of delivery.
