Legal Implementation Specialist opportunities with a high-growth LegalTech AI business are being sought to join its scaling implementation team, helping enterprise customers get real value from a contract-focused AI platform used across legal and commercial workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer-facing work, legal workflow understanding, problem-solving, and product configuration in a role that sits between implementation, product, and customer delivery rather than being boxed into just one area.
The role is based in London with 3 days/week in the office, offering competitive salaries with quarterly bonuses and strong progression opportunities, looking at graduates, SaaS/LegalTech experienced professionals, as well as paralegals and junior lawyers looking for legaltech opportunities. Travel is encouraged at on-boarding and roll-out stages, so this could also suit someone who enjoys some client-facing travel as part of the role.
Responsibilities- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and configure the platform around how they actually work;
- Support on-boarding and implementation activity across multiple live customers at a time;
- Help configure areas such as knowledge banks, workflows, contract generation set-up, and repository structures;
- Present solutions back to users, gather feedback, support testing, and help prepare for rollout;
- Act as a bridge between the customer and the product, helping customers understand what is possible while feeding insight back internally;
- Bring a logical and solutions-focused approach rather than just taking requirements at face value;
- Enjoy customer-facing work and feel comfortable advising, guiding, and pushing back where needed;
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where the team is still growing, improving process, and building out best practice.
- Come from a legal, LegalTech, Software as a Service, paralegal, or legal-adjacent background, with strong academics and genuine curiosity about LegalTech;
