This is a rare opportunity to establish and grow a design function within a fast-scaling LegalTech business, with clear scope to influence product quality, ways of working, and long-term design maturity.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, and legal domain experts, you will help simplify complex AI-driven workflows used by legal, compliance, procurement, and finance teams, translating advanced technology into elegant, user-centred solutions.
The role offers hybrid working with at least 3 days/week on site in London, along with a competitive salary, bonuses, and equity.
As the Product Designer, you will:
- Own design across key product areas, from discovery through to high-fidelity execution
- Bring strong user empathy to influence product direction and experience strategy
- Translate complex requirements and AI functionality into clear, intuitive workflows
- Lead user research to uncover real customer needs
- Design & prototype end-to-end experiences using design tools
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Champion consistency, accessibility, and trust across a growing product ecosystem
You will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience designing SaaS or enterprise software products
- A strong academic background, with a 2:1 degree or higher in design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong expertise in Figma, design systems, and prototyping
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centred design across complex workflows
- Experience working cross-functionally in Agile product teams
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting design rationale
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where ambiguity is expected and design plays a meaningful role in product decision-making.
