Blackburn with Darwen Council seeks a Senior Early Years Worker to support the Family Hubs and Children’s Centre nurseries, leading the Early Years Nursery Team in planning and implementing activities to help 2-5 year olds become school ready, in collaboration with the Teacher.
You will be required to have some managerial experience to supervise staff, conduct appraisals, training, and QA of data and nursery environments, while upholding safeguarding and CAF processes.
