We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to come and be part of the Pupil Support and Admissions Team as a School Admissions Coordinator, enabling the service to meet the statutory duties and legal processes.

Based within the Duke Street office, your role will include work relating to the statutory duties placed on the local authority in respect of School Admissions, Schools admissions appeals, School Exclusions and Fair Access.

To be successful, your attention to detail must be first class to ensure the administrative output is accurate and completed in a timely manner. You will need excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise workloads and ensure our service levels are maintained. We also need your customer-focused nature to help and support parents and carers.

If you can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high quality and professional service with additional knowledge and experience of working with Excel, information management systems, data, and managing deadlines we would love to hear from you.

Applicants should have English and Maths GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above.
