We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team at our busy 3G Football Facility on a permanent weekend contract.
Working Hours:
17 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:30pm on weekends.
Annual leave entitlement will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
About the Role
As a Leisure Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our facility remains safe, clean, welcoming, and fully operational for all users. Duties will include:
- Setting up and dismantling sports equipment, including goalposts, flags, and nets.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Cleaning toilet and changing room facilities.
- Emptying bins and undertaking litter picking duties across the site.
- Assisting customers and responding to member enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Can work independently using their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Is confident when interacting with members of the public and service users.

- Is willing to undertake physically active tasks as part of the role.
