You will advise managers on job descriptions, person specifications and evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with organisational design principles and JE schemes.
You will lead evaluation activity, maintain records, support appeals, and work with HR, OD colleagues and Trade Unions to promote transparency, equality and good governance.
