This is an exciting time to join Blackburn with Darwen's Venues Team. With King George's Hall preparing to reopen following a Β£13.5 million transformation, we are looking for a Flexible Halls Assistant to help set up events at King Georges Hall and also clean and maintain the venue.
We require a conscientious and committed person to help prepared and clean the venue for a wide variety of different events. With a passion for detail and presentation you will help this refurbished hall to shine in its best possible light.
From major concerts and theatre productions to conferences, private events and community celebrations, you'll play a key role in ensuring visitors receive an outstanding experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has some experience in building settings, cleaning and basic maintenance in a venue or similar.
- Has a good understanding of Health and safety practices.
- You will be passionate about delivering a fit for purpose building on a daily basis helping King Georges Hall be the best venue in the Northwest.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You who be able to assistant visitors and guide them around the building.
