Have you recently qualified with a Level 2 in childcare or are you currently working in Early Years? An exciting opportunity has arisen for x4 Early Years Assistant positions within our network of Children's Centres and Family Hubs Nurseries.

A Level 2 in Childcare is Essential for the post OR higher level qualification with relevant experience in Early Years.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to work flexibly alongside the Senior Early Years Worker, Teacher and Early Years Workers to plan and implement activities to support children's learning and development.

You will work closely with the Teacher, Senior and Early Years Workers to assist effective teaching and learning opportunities for children aged 2-5 years, taking into account children's voices and interests to enhance their learning.

This role requires a good understanding of children's ages and stages of development. This will include being able to support good quality assessments and observations of children in line with the EYFS.

You will need good awareness of safeguarding issues as they arise. We are looking for a positive role model for children, who is creative, flexible, organised and committed to making a difference to children and families.
