  • Lead exceptional services for children in our care, ensuring safety, stability, and positive outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction, champion best practice, and ensure services are Ofsted-ready and future-proof.
  • Collaborate across council departments and with key partners to deliver innovative, joined-up support that empowers children and young people to thrive.
