This is an exciting time to join Blackburn with Darwen's Venues Team. Following King George's Hall's £13.5 million transformation, we are looking for a number of Casual Stewards to assist at our eventsacross both King George's Hall and Darwen Library Theatre.
From major concerts and theatre productions to conferences, private events and community celebrations, you'll play a key role in ensuring visitors receive an outstanding experience. You will help deliver excellent customer service and ensure the highest standards of customer experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience within customer service and the confidence to chat to people as well as to take control in an emergency.
- Flourishes in a fast-paced environment and enjoys high-profile events.
