Responsibilities

  • Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and across the school premises during lunchtime.
  • Support pupils’ wellbeing and promote positive behaviour.
  • Encourage safe play and help create a calm, friendly midday environment.
  • Work independently or as part of a supportive team to manage the lunchtime routine effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Highly motivated and enjoys working with children.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
  • Experience supervising children safely, either alone or within a team.
  • Energy, warmth, and reliability in daily interactions.
