The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
This is a key management role driving how Adult Social Care uses data, systems, and digital tools to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient services. You will lead the business intelligence and systems development functions, ensuring robust data, high-quality insight, and effective system performance to support strategic decision-making and service improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop BI and systems teams, building capability in SQL and data analytics
- Deliver high-quality reporting, insight, and statutory returns
- Drive data transformation, integration, and automation to improve data quality and accessibility
- Oversee development and optimisation of Adult Social Care systems
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in partnership with corporate teams
- Provide analytical insight to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- Degree/degree level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Intelligence)
- Professional certification or equivalent experience in SQL, data analytics, BI tools, or system administration
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in data analytics and business intelligence
- Ability to provide strategic analytical insights
Terms and Conditions
- Permanent, 37 hours per week
